We want you to be 100% cozy with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day trial period for all of our oversized blankets. If you aren't completely obsessed with your Big Blanket, we make the return and exchange process simple and stress-free.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to start your return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to send back and download your prepaid shipping label provided through the portal.

• 3.
  Pack It Up

  Place your blanket back in its original packaging or a similar sturdy box, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Get Refunded

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
